If you have a treatment scheduled after reception hours, the door may be locked.
Your therapist will be by to unlock the door before your scheduled appointment.

Services are by appointment only.

Please be advised that 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations. If you must cancel your appointment, please email info@elevatebowmanville.ca as we have the ability to monitor emails outside of our business hours.

There is no charge for a first late cancellation as we do understand that life happens, especially in these trying times. If a second late cancellation should ever occur, you will incur 50% of your treatment total. At this time, you will be asked for your credit card information, which will be stored on file. For any subsequent late cancellations, you will incur the full price of your treatment total.

If you are unwell, please remember to cancel your appointment as soon as possible and stay home. Coming in with symptoms to avoid late cancellation charges will only result in incurring the full price of your treatment and being sent home.

(If late cancellations are recurring due to being unwell, and we are inclined to believe that illness is being used as an excuse, we reserve the right to start charging for missed appointments.)
